I wish I could leave a 0 star review. Every single time we go to this location the iced capp machine is down. The service here is horrible. Particular employees have been rude, and I wish that would change. But of course it will not! The manager would not handle a situation there that was experienced by someone I know and they know when they come through and are always super rude to them at this location. Corporate didn't handle the situation either. It is sad when employees talk about customers in a negative way.
