Citizens Bank at 26000 Gratiot Avenue, Roseville, Michigan.

Holy insane overdraft fees, ridiculous, they say they give you 24 hours but it's more like 6 hours litterly, this happened to me at this bank quite a few times.

I switched my bank to Huntington and I'm soooo much happier, they have no overdraft charge, they just reverse the payment if it isn't made within 24 hours, no fees and everyone is friendly and professional at Huntington.

I am so tired of this bank. The people I've worked with have been particularly nice. But as far as the bank goes they do everything they can to get a fee added to your acct. I for one have a chking acct and a loan. I have made numerous requests for my loan to be taken out of another acct and they continuously take it from this acct and giving me fees. When I'm told multiple times that it wouldn't happen and would be taken out of the appropriate acct. Also when I write myself a chk from MY acct. They take the money right away but hold it for over a week. probably so they can apply more fees to my acct. That's ridiculous. I have never had checks held that long. Especially not when they've already cashed the check. And all they can say is they have to verify funds. Isn't it verified if you literally have the funds ...:/ so done with them.
