    They don't towel dry which is a major bummer in the winter when the water dries and leaves the salt stains. If you just get the basic (which is $1 more for SUVs) they don't put much effort in the "pre-wash". Bought a book of 10 washes and every time the experience was similar - just meh. Since switched to the wash on Groesbeck (same price all vehicles, towel dry and the people are polite)
